What we Do

The Parish Hall opened in May 2026, replacing the original building built in 1947 to provide a local and modern facility for the community.

We have two rooms available for hire:-

The main hall has a laminated wood effect floor and chairs and folding tables for up to 100 people. There is a small bar equipped with a sink. See hall hire conditions for licensing details.

Our meeting room is a carpeted room with a wired internet connection to facilitate meetings.

The whole hall has thermostatically controlled under floor heating and free WiFi.

The catering kitchen has two induction range cookers, fridge, commercial dishwasher, large work surfaces area and servery hatches into the main hall and meeting room.

The hall is on the course of Hadrian’s Wall and the large garden has spectacular views across the River Eden, a children’s play area, wildflower garden and parking on hard standing for 15 cars with additional parking on the grass.
